Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA to Operate the Tallest Hotel in Egypt

Tycoon Tower, located in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital in Cairo, is set to become the tallest hotel in the country. Developed by Nile Developments as part of the Nile Business City project, the hotel will soar to 233 meters across 50 floors, making it an impressive addition to Cairo’s skyline. One of its standout features includes unobstructed views of the Green River, with a rooftop infinity pool offering guests a 360-degree panoramic view of the area.

Nile Developments, a prominent developer in the New Administrative Capital, owns two significant projects in the Downtown area along the tourist tower strip. Their Nile Business City project, consisting of four towers, is set to be the tallest vertical city in Egypt, reaching a height of 233 meters.
