Millennium Hotels and Resorts Unveils Enhanced MyMillennium Loyalty Programme

Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) has relaunched its global loyalty programme, MyMillennium, offering enhanced benefits and rewards for its members. The updated programme introduces three new membership tiers—Classic, Silver, and Prestige—designed to provide exclusive offers, personalized services, and increased rewards across MHR properties worldwide.

The MyMillennium programme covers MHR’s diverse portfolio, including iconic properties like The Biltmore Mayfair in London, The Biltmore Los Angeles, and Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel in Singapore. Members can earn and redeem MyPoints through stays, dining, and experiences, benefiting from special rates and promotions designed to enhance both leisure and business stays.

New Member Tiers

The revamped programme includes a tiered membership structure with distinct benefits:

Classic Tier: Entry-level perks for all members.

Silver Tier: Available to members who stay 10-19 nights annually, offering perks like early check-in, late check-out, and welcome amenities.

Prestige Tier: For members staying 20+ nights, offering exclusive privileges such as room upgrades, club lounge access, and up to 25% dining discounts.

Introducing MyMillennium BIZ

In addition to MyMillennium, MHR has launched MyMillennium BIZ for corporate clients. This new programme replaces MyMillennium Pro and allows corporate bookers to earn points on business bookings, with additional benefits like bonus points and upgrades.
