Driving Growth in KSA: Business Review Meeting with Millennium Hotels & Resorts Leadership Team

As Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA continues its expansion efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), the Regional Leadership Team conducted an in-depth business review meeting focused on strengthening the group’s footprint in the region. The meeting, led by Chief Operating Officer William Harley-Fleming and Chief Commercial Officer Konstantinos Michail, took place over four days and was supported by senior leadership including Khaled Habbab, VP of Operations KSA, Sathis M. Aravinda, Associate VP of Revenue, Amal Oumasse, Associate VP of Marketing & Communications, and Khaled Amer, VP of Sales.

The primary focus of the meeting was to support the hotel teams in KSA and to review the performance of the newly opened Millennium Al Masar Jeddah, which is seen as a key property in the company’s strategic growth in the region. The team reviewed the hotel’s operational success and outlined strategies to enhance business growth, positioning the brand for a more significant presence in the competitive KSA market.
