Strong SEO & SEM Performance Reported for October 2024

Millennium Hotels & Resorts has shared its brand.com performance report for October 2024, highlighting strong gains in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

SEO Highlights:

October saw a 28% increase in sessions MoM, driven by a post-peak season surge in paid channels and display ads. The conversion rate remained steady at 8%, while revenue grew by 28% MoM and 21% YoY. Key properties performing well in organic traffic included Bab Al Qasr Hotel, Millennium Place Marina, and Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel.

SEM Performance:

The Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for paid search dipped to 4.1:1, slightly lower than the previous month’s $314,840 revenue. Bookings (661) and total nights booked increased, but a dip in conversion rate (0.3%) and rising costs limited overall revenue growth.

Top-performing properties for paid media included Millennium Atria Business Bay, Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel, and Millennium Place Mirdif Hotel.

Social Media & Market Trends:

Social media was the leading contributor to bookings and revenue, exceeding last month’s performance. While paid search experienced a slight dip in conversion rate, and metasearch performance saw a modest reduction, these areas continue to show potential for improvement moving forward.
